When Meek Mill was a client of Rick Ross Maybach Music Group record label, the two of them collaborated on a number of popular songs throughout the past ten years. The two have now taken a very long vacation from each other’s collaborations, though.
Ross and Meek, in the meantime, have revealed some significant information about their upcoming collaboration. They disclosed that their new album, “Shaq & Kobe,” will be released this Friday. The former Los Angeles Lakers teammates and NBA Hall of Famers are honored in the title.
Additionally, this collaboration comes after Meek gave a performance at Ross’ summertime motorcycle and vehicle show in his Fayetteville, Georgia, home. Gucci Mane gave a performance at that event as well.

Meek has also been an independent artist again over the past year, as many fans are waiting for him to finally release a new studio album. His previous one came in October 2021, which was “Expensive Pain.” That went on to see a number four debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart.
